Our company speclialises in the brand represetation of lifestyle brands. One of our key portfolio brand which you will spend most of your time working with is Owala. Owala is a bold and playful hydration brand redefining the way people experience water bottles. With vibrant designs and patented no-spill technology, we’re building a cult following among the trend-savvy and health-conscious. As we expand in Singapore, we’re looking for a self-driven and creative Community & Influencer Manager to lead our brand engagement and growth on the ground.
Role Overview
As our early marketing hire in Singapore, you will play a foundational role in shaping the voice and community of Owala locally. You will manage our KOL strategy, own our social media channels, co-create events, and grow an engaged customer and influencer base. You’ll work cross-functionally with a graphic designer, retail teams, and event staff to deliver compelling campaigns and experiences.
This is a builder role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow into a leadership position as the marketing team scales.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Community Management
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Curate KOL lists across lifestyle, fitness, wellness, and pop culture niches.
- Negotiate deliverables, brief influencers, and ensure timely and on-brand execution.
- Engage with community comments, messages, and user-generated content.
Social Media & Content
- Own the social media calendar (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), planning posts and scheduling with the designer.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to develop creative content.
- Write post copy, suggest trends, and guide content themes that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor analytics and iterate content strategy accordingly.
Events & On-ground Activations
- Co-plan and execute brand activations and retail events with the operations director.
- Manage event logistics, brand presence, KOL attendance, and post-event content creation.
- Build hype and footfall for pop-ups and launches through digital + influencer channels.
Marketing Operations & Growth
- Track KPIs and report monthly performance across influencer campaigns, social media, and community engagement.
- Suggest improvements and new initiatives to grow reach and customer loyalty.
- Help set up tools and processes as the team expands.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media roles.
- Passion for lifestyle, wellness, or youth-driven brands.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Later/Planoly, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Sheets.
- Event or campaign execution experience a plus.
- Thrives in a startup/early-stage environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
Career Growth
This role is designed to grow into a Marketing Lead position. As the brand scales, you will help hire and lead a larger team handling social, content, and influencer marketing in Singapore and beyond.
