The TikTok Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining an engaged community on TikTok, fostering brand loyalty, and driving conversations around Sunnystep.
You will also be responsible for:
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor and participate in TikTok trends, duets, and challenges to boost engagement.
- Develop strategies to increase follower interaction and user-generated content.
- Identify and collaborate with brand advocates and loyal customers.
- Track community sentiment and provide insights to the marketing team.
We would want to speak with you if you are / have –
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s culture and engagement tactics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to build relationships with followers and create a positive brand image.
- Experience in community management or social media marketing is a plus.
