Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of
importance to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction - Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures
- Assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in any disclipline
- Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
- Independent and able to multi-task Able to prioritise tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time
