As a Customer Success Executive , you will be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our centre — ensuring every parent, student, and visitor receives exceptional service and support. You’ll play a key role in promoting our programmes, driving enrolments, and creating a welcoming environment that inspires learning.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Programmes & Achieve Targets
- Confidently share details of the centre’s programmes with current and prospective customers to meet sales goals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable programmes to enhance satisfaction and learning outcomes.
Lead Conversion & Enrolment
- Follow up on leads, arrange trial lessons, and assist with programme sign-ups.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
Marketing & Outreach
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and outreach activities to increase brand visibility and boost enrolments.
Customer Care
- Provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex matters when needed.
- Maintain a cheerful, professional demeanour, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere for all visitors.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Actively listen to customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance programmes and service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on programme offerings and marketing updates to provide accurate information.
Administration & Coordination
- Use company systems to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain organised records of enrolments, schedules, invoices, and other administrative data.
- Assist with scheduling classes, processing registrations, and ensuring data accuracy.
Team Support
- Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and efficiency.
- Provide assistance to teachers and students as needed. Carry out other duties assigned by the Centre Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferably in education or enrichment industry. Strong team player
