As the Studio Administrator, you’ll be the friendly face and efficient engine behind the scenes at our dance studio. From operations to client service, you'll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and joyfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily studio operations and front desk
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries; follow up and convert leads
- Provide excellent customer service and actively encourage sign-ups
- Process student registrations, payments, and monthly billings
- Assist in class scheduling and coordinating studio bookings
- Manage and roster a small team of part-timers
- Support studio events, showcases, and performances (as needed)
- Maintain database and inventory records (e.g., costumes, merchandise)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Sheets
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Cheerful and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
- Prior admin, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Interest or experience in the dance/arts industry is a bonus!
