Working Hours
8:00am – 5:00pm (includes meal break). Part-time shifts are rostered within these hours.
Location
Singapore. Reporting location and delivery routes will be assigned based on operations needs.
Job Summary
Drive a company van to deliver pastries and ingredients safely and on time, and provide back-of-house logistics support (loading/unloading, stock transfers, simple storekeeping) across outlets and partners.
- Perform daily delivery runs to outlets, partners and event sites; obtain signatures and handle returns.
- Pick up ingredients, packaging and supplies from vendors; handle ad-hoc purchasing when required.
- Transfer goods between production, warehouse and outlets; stage and label orders accurately (FIFO).
- Load/unload, use trolleys ; keep staging areas tidy.
- Support inventory counts, delivery notes and simple paperwork; update logs when needed.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic checks (fuel, tyre pressure, fluids); report defects promptly.
- Observe food safety during transport (e.g., chilled items in coolers, no cross-contamination).
- Support logistics for pop-ups/events (moving equipment, simple set-ups/tear-downs).
- Provide courteous service to staff, suppliers and customers; uphold company image on the road.
- Any other logistics or operations duties assigned.
- Valid Class 3/3A Singapore driving licence with good driving record.
- Familiar with Singapore roads and GPS routing; punctual and reliable.
- Physically fit to lift and move loads of up to ~20 kg safely.
- Able to read delivery notes and communicate basic job instructions; multilingual ability is a plus.
- Safety-minded and attentive to product quality during transport.
- Willing to work occasional weekends or public holidays during peak periods.
- Part-time: able to commit at least 2–3 full shifts per week between 8am–5pm.

- Overtime pay and allowances (where applicable) per Employment Act and company policy.
- Part-time hourly: $14 per hour (company van provided).
- Full-time monthly: $2,400–$2,800 basic (8am–5pm roster; OT per law).
