Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Refill beverage ingredients and toppings as required.
- Keep the drink preparation area clean and organised at all times.
- Wash and sanitise utensils, cups, and equipment after use.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
- Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards).
- Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness.
- Dispose of waste according to the stall’s procedures.
Requirements
- No formal qualification required; training will be provided.
- Prior experience in F&B or beverage preparation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
