About the Role
We’re looking for a service-driven, detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to support the planning and execution of our large-scale parenting and baby fairs. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations from pre-planning through on-site execution. Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage event timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate across departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance) for end-to-end planning
- Support pre-event briefings and post-event reviews
Vendor & Supplier Management
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Manage contracts and ensure service delivery according to agreements
- Build reliable vendor networks for recurring events
Logistics & On-Site Operations
- Oversee event setup, booth allocation, manpower distribution, and crowd flow
- Handle on-site issue resolution swiftly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
Budget Tracking
- Support the creation and monitoring of event budgets
- Track expenses and highlight opportunities for cost optimization\
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related fields
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in event operations , ideally in retail or parenting sectors
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Willing to work on weekends or extended hours during event periods
- Familiarity with event software or CRM tools is an advantage
