We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Auto team at GB Helios. This role involves supporting the loan operations process, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process loan disbursements and perform accurate data entry
- Verify loan documentation prior to payment
- Create and maintain loan accounts
- Update customer details in the system (e.g. GIRO arrangements, address or vehicle number changes)
- Monitor HPFLAS reports and lodge Form A
- Handle vehicle ownership transfers
- Manage and respond to emails from business associates and internal teams
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Min GCE O Level/ Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous and well-organised
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
