About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales Assistants for our eSIM department! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tech sales, customer service, and event marketing in a dynamic environment.
Job Scope:
Assist customers with inquiries and promote eSIM products
Demonstrate how eSIMs work and guide customers through activation/setup
Handle sales transactions (Cashless)
Maintain booth tidiness and manage product inventory
Support the team with any ad hoc event-related tasks
Collect customer feedback and share with management
Requirements:
Outgoing and friendly with strong communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining digital products
Able to work all scheduled event days (full or half-day shifts)
Prior experience in sales or events is a bonus, but not required
