- Oversees Restaurant kitchen by Managing and assist other members in the food preparation.
- Deciding what dish to serve and design the menu.
- Determines how much food and ingredients to order and maintainan appropriate supply.
- Know how to prepare all the traditional Filipino sauces
- Stock control, check food quality and ensure the food storage items meet the temperature guidelines.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory of safety, quality,health.
- Require at least 5 years experience as chef in authenticate Filipino Food Restaurant with at least 100 seats capacity.
- Prepare to work long hours and 6 days work a week.
