Content Development & Writing
- Draft and edit a wide range of written materials, including speeches, media statements, talking points, internal announcements, letters, and website articles.
- Prepare communications collateral, including briefing notes, FAQs, fact sheets, and post-event summaries.
Crisis Communications
- Support the development of timely and accurate messaging in response to crises or sensitive issues.
- Draft holding statements, internal memos, and reactive media responses.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
Communications Support for Events (Local & Overseas)
- Assist organising departments by preparing:
- Admin briefs for management or guests
- Welcome messages and scripts
- Event write-ups and reports
- Coordinate with the organising team to ensure communication materials align with event objectives.
Media & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the preparation of press releases, Q&As, and media kits.
- Track and compile media coverage as needed.
Team Collaboration
- Create and disseminate internal newsletters, updates, and messages to staff.
- Support team objectives by performing additional duties and handling special projects as assigned.
