We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as a Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Control and management of all company secretarial matters in respect of Singapore companies set up by clients including maintenance of correspondence, corporate files and registers.
- All regulatory compliance requirements, ACRA/BIZ filings, IRAS e-stamping.
- Reviewing and forwarding company mail and ensuring clients are advised.
- Conducting client due diligence and maintaining records.
- Any other matters which may be required by the Manager in Charge or the Directors
- Ensure efficient maintenance of corporate database
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 1-2 years of corporate secretarial experience
- Ability to converse in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proactive and ability to work in a team
