Your Mission:
As Export Sales Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind our international business. You’ll manage orders from quote to delivery, support our ASEAN sales partners, and ensure customers receive top-notch service — all while coordinating seamlessly with logistics and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international sales orders from distributors and agents
- Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, CoOs, shipping instructions)
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments
- Manage pricing, quotations, and sample requests for sales teams
- Support global trade shows and marketing initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with HQ
- Maintain data for order tracking and reporting
You Bring:
- 2–4 years of sales admin/export experience (preferably in electronics, lighting, or technical products)
- Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and international shipping
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- A customer-centric, can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Quickbooks systems
- Bonus: Experience working with European partners or markets
