Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination & Order Management:
- Efficiently process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehousing for timely deliveries.
- Proactively track orders and address customer questions.
Customer Success & Relationship Building:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing competitive quotes and technical documents.
- Follow up on quotes to drive sales conversions.
- Provide good after-sales support to foster loyalty.
Supplier Management & Procurement:
- Liaise with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and coordinate purchases.
- Research and identify new suppliers as needed, comparing options.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Science (or relevant experience with ITE/GCE N/O/A Levels).
- Strong proficiency in IT productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and spreadsheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
