We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Façade Supervisor to oversee Façade, External Window and external RC wall finishing works and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and the Resident Site Staff (RSS) team for inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Façade/ External Window and External Wall Finishing work.
- Coordinate and plan work in accordance with project schedule and deadlines.
- Coordinate with all trade of works on site including Structure, M&E and internal finishing team.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare for joint inspections with the RSS team.
- Liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works meet design intent and standards.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies, defects, or quality issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain and update site progress reports, inspection records, and checklists.
- Support the project team in handover documentation and completion milestones.
- Participate in coordination and technical meetings to resolve site issues related to finishing.
- Coordinate and work with sub-contractors on site installations work and materials delivery arrangements.
- To Prepare daily schedule for workers tasks assignments.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diplomain Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction façade works.
- Strong understanding of architectural finishes and quality requirements.
- Experience working with consultants and the RSS team for inspections.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Required work-at-height permit certificates.
- Positive and responsible.
- Able to work in tight schedules.
