What you will be doing
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be managing day to day tank allocation for responsible areas and execute repo plan provided by Fleet Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Reports regional inventory levels and trends to Fleet Manager on a regular basis
Work closely with regional commercial group to align Tank and customer requirement information in the system to guarantee a clean allocation
Determine from which location/depot each approved booking should be served
Execute tank allocation in close collaboration with OPS and agents to ensure most economic decision are being made.
Monitors and discuss vendor performance (depot) and addresses issues to the Fleet Manager
Ensures Tank Status’s are updated correctly in STC operational system
Assist Fleet Manager with projects as they arise
Analyze opportunities for improvement related to tank allocation and vendor performance (depots)
Works closely with regional OPS department and agents to ensure adequate tank allocation in a timely fashion
Assist Fleet Manager to Monitor and actively manage inventory levels in depots to meet time in depot metrics
Assist Fleet Manager to optimize combinations of laden and empty moves to minimize freight costs
Assist Fleet manager to implement and execute Stolt’s reposition plan for Region
Qualifications
Diploma in Logistics
Minimum 2 years’ experience in containerized logistics or supply chain management
Strong logistical knowledge and background
Sound knowledge of Tank Container Specifications and various technical requirements.
Good analytical skills and eye for detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills in MS windows applications
Strong hands on mentality and able to work under high demanding conditions

Working hours: 5 days’ work week (Monday – Friday), 9am to 5.30pm
