Food Processor – Raw processing and Central Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Perform meat-cutting functions including trimming, portioning and processing to specifications
- Operate processing equipment and machineries such as grinders, choppers, roast oven, smoke house etc
- Responsible for preparation on meat products according to company's recipe.
- Cooking the meat products to the correct temperature and doneness using ovens or other cooking equipment.
- Scoring the meat product’s skin.
- Loading and unloading of meat products from cooking equipment.
- Cleaning of food processing equipment, tools and production area
- Daily housekeeping duties
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Working hours:
Monday to friday: 7.00am - 6.00pm , Saturday 7.00am - 1.00pm
Requirements:
- Able to withstand working in hot environment
- Preferably prior experience in food processing/hot kitchen environment
