As part of the position, you will work with the founders, Ivy League and Oxbridge graduates and other high-performing teammates.
Job Duties
- Handle daily admin and front desk duties
- Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors
- Arrange class schedules and feedback for parents, students and tutors
- Arrange invoicing and payments
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales
- Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)

- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications (such as Canva); proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Command of Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well) as some customers only speak these languages

Additional Details
- Working Days: 2 weekdays per week
- Working Hours: 10am to 7pm*
- Salary: $15/hour. Additional performance and team bonuses apply for each new student onboarded.
