Responsibilities
- Perform Clinic & Media spa and administrative duties, such as patient/ customer registration, booking of appointments, payment processing and cash flow, stock-taking, etc.
- Respond to and follow up on services and products enquiries through telephone, email and personal visits.
- Maintain and develop existing and new patients/customer through planned marketing effort.
- Promote clinic and spa services and products. Identify patients/ customer needs and recommend the appropriate treatment, facial and solutions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N / 'O' level, NITEC
- Experience in aesthetic clinic / Medi Spa setting would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer-service mindset.
- Passionate to learn and work in the Aesthetic clinic/Medi Spa.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
