Role Responsibilities:
As a Generalist HR, you will be accountable for providing Human Ops guidance, advice, and support to all functional areas of Human Resources management for assigned country/ region / function.
You are also in charge of:
- Address escalated HR issues and questions from HR Operations Tier 1 team or directly from employees.
- Manage regional programs and processes, including time and absence tracking and reporting, monthly payroll reporting, compliance, and issue resolution.
- Administer country-specific programs and processes, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and regulations(including workplace accommodations, reporting to the local labor institutions, migration process support, etc.).
- Collaborate with the HR Operations Tier 3 team or Centers of Excellence (CoE) teams to address complex employee issues.
- Evaluate and recommend process improvements for the processes within their scope, and regional HR operations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (degree in business administration or human resources is an advantage) plus 2-4 years’ experience in HR, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of regional HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
- Experience handling sensitive employee escalations, time and absence management, payroll reporting and other HR operation processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (multiple languages highly desired), and the ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural HR challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience driving process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
