Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordination and execution of graduation ceremonies
- Oversee the Graduation Registration Counter, including issuance of admission cards, guest tickets, payment collection and daily settlement.
- Prepare all necessary logistical items for use for graduation ceremonies
- Monitor and manage the status of graduation gown collection / return
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming enquiries, including emails and phone calls - with exceptional level of customer service
- Constantly deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Training will be provided
- Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive with a willingness to learn
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree
- Outgoing personality, with a positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills , able to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Working Hours: 10am to 8pm, Tuesdays to Sundays (5 days work week)
- 2 meals provided daily
