We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Group Deputy CHRO to support the delivery of global human capital strategies for our group. The Group Deputy CHRO will play a pivotal role in advancing organizational performance by overseeing group-wide HR operations, implementing best-in-class practices, and ensuring alignment with business goals on a regional and global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of comprehensive HR strategies to ensure alignment with the group’s mission, vision, and evolving business imperatives.
- Oversee and coordinate HR functions across multiple regions, driving integration of local HR teams into a cohesive global framework that balances consistency with local compliance requirements.
- Advise CEO, CHRO and management on organizational design, workforce transformation, and strategic talent management initiatives, contributing insight into both high-level planning and practical implementation.
- Guide the harmonization and enhancement of HR policies and programs, including:
o Talent acquisition and succession planning
o Performance management and evaluation systems
o Compensation frameworks, salary reviews, and rewards programs
o Learning, career development, and leadership pipelines
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging global workshops, facilitating cross-regional projects, and sharing best practices among HR teams.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure HR policies are tailored for multicultural environments and reflect regional nuances and sensitivities.
- Implement robust metrics and KPI frameworks to measure HR effectiveness and drive ongoing optimization using data-driven insights.
- Lead key HR change management projects, from organizational restructuring to HRIS deployments, ensuring transparent communication and smooth stakeholder adoption.
- Represent the group in high-level HR negotiations and external forums, including partnership development and talent negotiations.
- Mentor and develop senior HR leaders, building a robust talent pipeline capable of supporting the organization’s future growth and strategic objectives.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including regional/global roles in multinational environments
- Demonstrated experience in integrating and managing HR practices across multiple countries, with sensitivity to cultural and legal differences
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence in major HR domains: talent management, performance, compensation, learning, and organizational development
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to lead in matrixed, multicultural environments
- Experience supporting senior executive teams and contributing to organizational strategy at the highest levels
- Strong project management experience, with a record of successful change leadership and implementation
- Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require
