Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with their needs, offering expert advice on electrical tools and equipment.
- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell products and services, aiming to meet sales targets..
- Inventory and Merchandising: Maintain accurate inventory records, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are clean, organized, and appealing.
- Logistics: Prepare customer orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly packed and documented.
- General Operations: Help maintain a clean and safe store environment and perform other duties as required to support the team.
- Ad-Hoc Operations : Help assist on ad hoc operations on site when required (Pull out test, Etc)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Experience in a similar retail or hardware role is a plus.
- Able to work 5.5 days a week.
