Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day hawker centre operations, including stall operations, cleanliness, tenant coordination, equipment functionality, and crowd control.
- Supervise on-ground team members including cleaners, cashiers and security.
- Monitor and maintain service and food quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to NEA and SFA hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Assist in cost management
- Provide regular operational reports to the management, highlighting issues, improvements, and performance metrics.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive attitude
- Any relevant experience in the F&B industries
- Able to communicate well with all levels of staff
