Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Lead the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain high standards in the production of sourdough breads, tin breads, croissants, cruffins, and other baked goods
- Engage in Mixing, Shaping, Baking, and Lamination processes
- Guide the production of preferments and curds with precision
- Ensure proper packing, preparation, and presentation of finished products
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bakery and equipment
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with office and sales team to align output with demand
- Mentor junior bakers and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and good communication
