• Accept kitchen orders and making daily special for lunch.

• Prepare food and ingredients settings.

• Ensure food and fresh items cleared in an unobtrusive manner.

• Carry out light cleaning and maintenance of the outlet.

• Ensure that workstations are stocked with appropriate condiments at all times.

• Order supply of food and vegetables for daily demand and supply.

• Food preparation (successfully applicant will undergo a Basic Food Hygiene course).

• Undertake additional tasks assign by Operations Manager from time to time.

• Ensure adherence to the safety, sanitation and hygiene accordingly to NEA standard.

• Ensure all service, restaurant and storage areas are kept safe, neat and clean.
