Head of Sales, Asia
A history of successfully selling services for SaaS platforms is essential, while a background in or understanding of ServiceNow will be an advantage, as that will be your responsibility here: managing a team across South East Asia to market and sell licenses and services to new and existing customers, thereby increasing Veracity’s revenue and margins.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and managing strategic customer accounts directly.
- Provide leadership, training, coaching and management of a senior sales, presales and marketing team to meet and exceed sales, margin & revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets and products.
- Actively promote Veracity’s ServiceNow solutions products and services to prospects, customers, and partners via a range of channels.
- Follow up on leads generated from relationships, partnerships, the digital sales team, marketing, or other sources.
- Build and develop customer relationships to deepen our relationship at enterprise accounts.
- Ensure the team can collectively handle entire sales and inside sales process from lead generation to presentation to proposal to close, with enough pipeline to consistently make their individual targets.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.
- Ensure the team is maintaining current and accurate account and contact information, as well as lead and opportunity status and activity in our CRM.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present realistic forecasts and reports on revenue and margin to the management team.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience and customer relationship management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and persistent (not afraid of rejection)
