- Recruitment, liaison with agency
- Employeee maintenance - recruitment to repatriation, cessation of employment
- Full records of system maintenance for employees (HRIS)
- Filing, clerical duties, folder updates
- Handling PPE related matters
- Dormitory administraiton and management
- Staff welfare, HR benefits, administrative support
- Office admin related support
- Tasks, duties as assigned
