JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities (non-exhaustive) are as follows:
Human Resources:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard staff, freelancers, and volunteers, ensuring a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
- Manage employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Facilitate employee training programmes and professional development opportunities.
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining an organised workspace.
- Support financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and community outreach programmes.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance by staff and visitors pertaining to Company’s rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a HR role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player as well as an independent worker
- Google Workspace apps proficiency
