1. Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented HR Generalist to own the full employee life-cycle for our Singapore office. You will be the go-to person for everything “people” – from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, payroll support and HR analytics – while ensuring strict compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM guidelines and company policies.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. alent Acquisition• End-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer & pre-onboarding.
B. Onboarding & Off-boarding• Issue employment contracts, prepare orientation packs, conduct induction.
C. Payroll & Benefits• Prepare monthly payroll inputs (OT, leave, claims, AWS, bonus) for external vendor.
D. Employee Relations & Policy• Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook and HR SOPs.
E. Compliance & Reporting• Ensure alignment with MOM, IRAS, CPF and PDPA regulations.
F. HR Projects• Lead initiatives such as e-HR rollout, employer-branding campaigns, and diversity & inclusion programmes.
3. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of solid HR generalist experience in Singapore; start-up or tech environment preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM practices, CPF and payroll regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and HRIS (Lark, BambooHR or similar).
- Strong stakeholder-management and data-driven mindset; comfortable presenting metrics to senior leadership.
- Liaison with the stakeholders in Singapore and China.
