Job Description:-
- Provide end-to-end recruitment support to source the right talents
- Screen and evaluate job applications and resumes, shortlisting candidates
- Schedule interviews and preliminary phone screening of candidates, working directly with candidates and hiring managers
- Business development on new potential business opportunities
- Serving existing key accounts/clients on their recruitment needs
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree in any studies
- Fresh graduates/ Candidates with CEI are welcomed
- Candidates with recruitment industry experience will be advantageous
- Ability to thrive within a high-performance environment
- Enjoys meeting with prospects and clients
- Possess enthusiasm and is a goal-oriented individual
