Human Resource / Administrative Assistant @ ELIAS ROAD
Assist Project Team with current headcount of about 25
Payroll Function
1) Provide information and update the payroll vendor of additional staff headcounts
2) Collect and calculate workers’ overtime and salary
3) Prepare payslips for workers and supervisors
4) Assist in year end income reporting to IRAS
Training Function
1) Source and arrange for employees to attend training as and when required
2) Keep training records and update employees’ P-files
3) Ensure that the statutory training and valid certificates are adhered to
HR Admin
1) Work closely with HQ (Singapore) on HR matters
2) Arrange for interview, prepare employment letters, update records
3) Prepare other HR letters
4) Monitor and update records of various leaves accorded to and taken by employees
5) Oversees the daily HR functions and liaise with HQ (Singapore) for support on work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other matters
6) Do income tax clearance for exiting foreign employees
7) Any other HR matters arising and required of your attention
Qualification
Possess at least GCE ‘O’ level and have basic knowledge and training in Human Resource and payroll processing
Experience & Skills Requirements
1) At least 1 year working in similar capacity in our local construction industry
2) Must be able to handle confidential information and data
3) Must be able to work with minimum supervision
4) Good communication skills to communicate with different levels of people in the project team
5) Able to work with employees from different nationalities
6) Able to work at the site office at Elias Road
7) Importantly is the willingness to learn and take instructions from superiors
Salary Range
Budget range of between $3200 to $3500
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with working experience, knowledge and training
Other Requirements
Ability to start work within a short notice will have an added advantage
