1. Job Descriptions:

  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Manage employee relations and act as the primary point of contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns effectively, and serving as the go-to person for site employees’ development and training.
  • Establish productive partnerships with diverse functional business leaders, and communicate HR initiatives, policies, and changes clearly to various employee groups.
  • Ensure the organization remains compliant with Singapore's employment legislation, align HR practices with regulatory requirements, and advise on necessary adjustments.
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Track department budgets.
  • Respond to employees' queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide advice on HR policies of other Asian countries to management.

2. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong foundation in HR operations and administration, with experience supporting HR operations in Singapore and other Asian countries.
  • Solid knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes.
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
