1. Job Descriptions:
- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Manage employee relations and act as the primary point of contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns effectively, and serving as the go-to person for site employees’ development and training.
- Establish productive partnerships with diverse functional business leaders, and communicate HR initiatives, policies, and changes clearly to various employee groups.
- Ensure the organization remains compliant with Singapore's employment legislation, align HR practices with regulatory requirements, and advise on necessary adjustments.
- Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Track department budgets.
- Respond to employees' queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide advice on HR policies of other Asian countries to management.
2. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong foundation in HR operations and administration, with experience supporting HR operations in Singapore and other Asian countries.
- Solid knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
