Job Description:
Submission of insurance quotes for clients
Purchasing of insurance policies
Maintain insurance database for clients
Follow up on renewals for clients
Assisting with handling enquiries on Facebook & website
Assisting with general office administration and data entry
Other duties as assigned
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday- 0845am-0545pm
Alternate Saturdays- 0845am- 1245pm
5.25 days work week (alternate Sat off)
Job Requirements:
Diploma or relevant experience in related field
Proficient in English
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Able to multi task
Meticulous and careful
