• Helping senior designers with conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and creating design presentations.
• Creating sketches, floor plans, elevations, and other technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.
• Conducting research on design trends, materials, furniture, and fixtures to stay updated with the latest industry developments.
• Accompanying designers to client meetings and site visits to observe the design process firsthand and understand project requirements.
• Helping to prepare project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborating with other team members, such as architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure design concepts are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, including creating visual materials such as mood boards, renderings, and presentations.
• Organizing samples, maintaining project files, and other administrative duties to support the design team.
