Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document existing manual processes and propose EyeShare-based automation solutions in multinational or multilingual enterprise environments.
- Identify high-impact IT automation opportunities within ITSM (incident, change, request), SOC, NOC, cloud, and infrastructure operations.
- Conduct detailed gap analysis and create workflow design blueprints (BPMN, flowcharts, sequence diagrams).
- Translate requirements into Ayehu EyeShare workflows including actions, triggers, conditions, and integrations.
- Collaborate with EyeShare developers/engineers to test, deploy, and optimize workflows across multiple environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).
- Define and validate integration requirements with third-party systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Splunk, QRadar, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, etc.).
- Coordinate REST/SOAP API integrations, JSON/XML payload transformations, and secure credential handling.
- Validate error handling, logging, exception workflows, and response time metrics.
- Own the end-to-end UAT lifecycle, regression testing, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Ensure all automations meet enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Maintain traceability matrices, functional test plans, and change records for all deployments.
- Provide training, handover documentation, and ongoing workflow support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 3 to 6 years of work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst in Ayehu Eyeshare digital transformation project, must have hands-on experience with Ayehu EyeShare (workflow configuration, troubleshooting, reporting).
- Familiarity with security operations (SOC/NOC) or enterprise service management tools. Must be very familiar with security automation and SOAR environments in multinational or multilingual enterprise environments.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) is preferred in order to engage French and English speaking stakeholders from overseas to capture and translate business and operational requirements into technical specifications. preferably be able to conduct meetings and read & write minutes, reports, presentation, documentation in both languages.
- Basic scripting or API integration knowledge (REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, JSON).
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks, especially incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent process mapping, workflow design, and requirements documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic DevOps understanding (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
- Agile/Scrum project participation and tooling (Jira, Confluence).
