We’re seeking a Junior Sous Chef with a discerning palate, strong work ethic, and a balanced leadership style. You’ll work closely with our Sous Chef and Owner to shape the culinary direction of Hathaway, contributing to a motivated and united kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations
- Collaborate with management to foster a cohesive and high-performing kitchen team
- Uphold culinary excellence across all menu items
- Refine and adjust dishes to enhance quality and consistency Support staff scheduling and daily operational needs
Purchasing & Inventory
- Conduct regular stock-taking and manage inventory levels
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and service
