Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house service, including seating arrangements and guest flow coordination.
- Serve products promptly and in accordance with brand presentation standards.
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide accurate store information to customers.
- Be fully familiar with the menu and all products sold, and confidently explain them to customers.
- Handle the order-taking process and ensure accurate and neat packaging for takeaway items.
- Maintain overall store cleanliness, including dining and service areas, to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Follow material handling protocols to ensure minimal waste and safe use of resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience.
- Must be able to commit to work for at least 4 months.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 18.5 hours per week (including 1 day on the weekend).
- Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Warm and cheerful personality.
- Able to communicate well with customers.
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Hourly pay rate: $12 on weekdays & weekends, and $14 on public holidays.
- Working location: Tiong Bahru, Telok Ayer, Neil Road, East Coast, Tang Plaza Orchard and Serangoon Garden.
