- Market and lease retail/ F&B units to new potential tenants
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy
- Lease administration of tenants and handling tenancy-related issues
- Handle lease renewal negotiations with existing tenants
- Prepare and finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns
- Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements
- Ensure timely rent payments from tenants - arrears management
- Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management
- Ensure smooth operations of the Chinatown Street Market
- Supervise cleaners and pest control contractor
- Liaise with contractor when necessary
- Assist and help out in events
- Conduct maintenance check and support on street market stalls
- Coordinate with management
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills
- Possess positive disposition and a good team player
- Self-driven with positive attitude
