Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update logistics database.
- Coordinate with transport partners and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and invoices as required.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Pack goods per company standards after completing QC check.
- Assist in stock audits and quality checks.
- Support the team with ad-hoc logistics and administrative tasks.
- Generate report for items received, delivered, faulty, etc.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Xero software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
