RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Manage manpower and fleet deployment for catering services.
- Ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure all processes and operations comply with HACCP requirements.
- Maintain vehicles and equipment in good working condition.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment logs for regular maintenance and servicing.
- Support smooth day-to-day logistics operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or fleet management, preferably in catering or F&B.
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays when required for events.
