Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate container-related activities, including vanning, devanning, lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Supervise and guide workers on cargo handling especially for oversize or irregular heavy loads.
Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments for non-standard operations or critical handling tasks.
Plan and schedule shift resources based on operational needs.
Coordinate manpower deployment to meet order fulfilment timelines and customer requirements.
Coordinate closely with transport providers and internal teams to ensure timely pickup, delivery, and resource allocation.
Liaise with office operations team for inbound/outbound scheduling, documentation, and order instructions.
Track and report daily movement of goods, anomalies, and inventory discrepancies.
Support safety and customer audit.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
Proficiency in WMS, inventory control systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
