Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, aligning HR practices with business objectives. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR solutions, driving organisational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning for key roles.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and development plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in Compensation & Benefits, L&D, and HR Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics (e.g. attrition, engagement, diversity) to influence business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Champion change management and support organisational transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a HRBP or generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and talent development frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed or regional environment is an advantage.
