Wilson Taylor Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (WTAP) is a Singapore-based cathodic protection company specializing in the design, installation, and testing of Cathodic Protection systems for refineries and petrochemical plants. As a well-established international organization, WTAP operates ISO 9001:2008 certified foundries in Singapore and Malaysia to produce sacrificial anodes for marine, industrial, and offshore markets. Our operations cover China, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam, with stock maintained in several of these locations.
Role: Marine Project Coordinator / Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team in preparing sales quotations, tender documents, cost estimates, and material submissions.
- Draft and compile sales proposals and ensure timely submission of all related documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to both Sales and Project Teams.
- Coordinate and oversee marine-based cathodic protection (CP) and corrosion control projects.
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and help resolve issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Documentation, Logistics, and Finance to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage the full sales order cycle — including quotation, sales order processing, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
- Read and interpret P&ID, engineering drawings, and schematic diagrams.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC qualification in Engineering.
- Strong commercial awareness or sales acumen is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome — comprehensive training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and 2D CAD software.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors and partners.
