1. Manage full-cycle import and export operations, including preparation and verification of shipping documents, cargo monitoring, and ensuring timely receipt of transportation documentation.
2. Oversee key operational stages of international maritime logistics, including booking, trucking coordination, and customs clearance.
3. Track and follow up on key transportation milestones such as container/ISO tank arrival, pickup, and empty return.
4. Communicate shipping requirements with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs authorities; coordinate bookings and schedules with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
5. Book ISO tanks/containers, verify sailing schedules, and coordinate loading and delivery with trucking partners.
6. Prepare and issue invoices to customers; review and validate invoices from subcontractors.
7. Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping requirements.
8. Input shipment data into internal systems; organize and archive daily shipping and customs documentation.
9. Perform other duties assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Prior hands-on experience in maritime operations within a freight forwarding context.
Solid understanding of marine imports/exports, warehousing, and trucking logistics.
Proficiency in tracking and monitoring tank container movements.
