Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Market & Product Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will support brand promotion, market research, product introduction, and localization strategies, playing a key part in enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Focus:
- Assist in planning and executing brand marketing strategies and campaigns (online and offline)
- Conduct market trend analysis, competitor research, and consumer insight studies
- Manage social media content and community engagement Help expand local and regional marketing partnerships (e.g., KOLs, e-commerce platforms)
Product Focus:
- Support product sourcing, pricing, listing, and lifecycle management
- Follow up on packaging, labeling, and local compliance processes
- Coordinate product launch plans, prepare training materials, and internal communications
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive product performance and market success
✅ Requirements
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Retail, Beauty, FMCG industries preferred)
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese preferred (for content creation & communication)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player with strong execution skills
