Our client is a leading player in construction industry. They are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.
Duties of Learning & Development Executive:
- Identify learning needs and develop training plans with business units.
- Manage end-to-end L&D activities, including coordination, evaluation, grants, and vendor payments.
- Analyse training data to support decision-making.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Oversee internships, attachments, scholarships, and onboarding programmes.
- Ensure compliance for training grants and maintain accurate training records.
- Handle training-related audits, surveys, and ad hoc HR projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related
- Min 2 - 3 years experience of training administration/ L&D experience
