Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive supports the execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and daily promotional activities across digital, social, and offline platforms. The role plays a key part in increasing brand visibility, supporting outlet promotions, and enhancing customer engagement within the F&B business. Preferably a minimum of 5 years in the F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and outlet-level promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative/design team to develop marketing materials such as posters, menus, digital banners, and social media content.
- Track campaign timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely rollout across platforms and outlets.
Social Media & Content Management
- Plan and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Draft captions, schedule posts, and respond to basic customer enquiries/comments where appropriate.
- Monitor engagement and propose creative ideas to boost performance (e.g. contests, polls, behind-the-scenes content).
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in managing online ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads), tracking performance with the marketing team or digital agency.
- Support in creating email marketing content for customer databases and loyalty programs.
- Monitor online reviews and ratings (Google, Food Delivery Platforms) and flag customer feedback to relevant teams.
Outlet & Operational Marketing
- Coordinate the distribution and display of in-store marketing materials (e.g. posters, standees, tent cards).
- Liaise with outlet teams to support localised campaigns and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct occasional site visits to monitor brand visibility and compliance.
Events & Partnerships
- Assist in planning and executing brand events, roadshows, food fairs, or seasonal campaigns.
- Liaise with partners for joint promotions, collaborations, and giveaways.
- Coordinate logistics for brand activations, including sampling activities, set-up, and tear-down.
Market Research & Competitor Monitoring
- Research industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collect and compile data to support marketing strategy development.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain records of marketing materials, invoices, and campaign documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly marketing performance reports (sales data, campaign KPIs, social insights).
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and agencies for marketing production needs.
