- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for façade systems, curtain walls, and building envelope solutions.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics and market trends to drive growth.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to management.
Requirements
- Preferable 5 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing within façades, curtain walls, or building envelope systems.
- Knowledge of façade systems, materials, and industry regulations is added advantages.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
